What are the delivery charges?

Free delivery is available to most residents in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Logan, Ipswich, Caboolture and most of Southeast Queensland for every order over $80. For every order below $80, there is a charge of just $4.99 to cover delivery costs.

What about the rest of Australia?

Fast and cost effective delivery of your order is important to us and that is why we employ the best courier / postal services to deliver your parcels. Fees are determined by the weight and size of your order and are calculated at checkout.**

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday and most residents of South East Queensland should receive their order either the same day or next working day.

Other areas of Australia are subject to normal courier / postal delivery schedules.

**Delivery will be calculated at the checkout stage and will be displayed to you before you confirm the order and arrange payment. While we make every effort within reason to ensure that this calculation is accurate, under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be in error and not cover the real delivery costs.

Under these circumstances we reserve the right not to proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order.
