Delivery

Mum's Happy Nappies will send out Organic Bubs orders at the most appropriate time for your delivery area. All orders after Friday 10am (and in some areas Thursday 3pm) will not be shipped until Monday.

Organic Bubs is delivered frozen to your door. It will be packed to remain frozen until the evening of the day of the delivery. Our couriers will be instructed to leave your order even if no one is home, so please leave relevant instructions for the driver, during the checkout process.

For each order you need to purchase separately an Esky and ice pack to keep your order frozen until you arrive home. Unfortunately at this point we cannot offer an Esky recycling scheme but hope to do so in the near future. When an order is made that does not include an Esky and ice pack we will contact you separately to purchase the Esky and if you decide not to do so we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Please ensure your delivery address and instructions are correct. Mum's Happy Nappies cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrectly supplied addresses.

Minimum Order

In order for us to keep your meals safely frozen during transit we require a minimum of 8 tubs for delivery. For this reason we cannot ship part orders and if a product is out of stock, we will contact you to determine if you would prefer a replacement or deduct it from your total order.

Return Policy

Mum's Happy Nappies will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration which occurs subsequent to delivery as per your instructions due to non-timely collection or otherwise. Please select your meals carefully as no refund or exchange can be given.
