Delivery charges and delivery times are as per our Delivery Information page.

Payment can be by credit card (Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa) or by payment directly into our bank account. Cash-on-delivery is available in some areas and is subject to a small fee. Please call for details - 1300 760140.

Gift certificates issued by the Mums Happy Nappies can be used as payment for online orders

Payment can be made by bank transfer, although the goods will not be shipped until the payment appears in our
bank account. Details will be provided on checkout.

You can also pay by money order made payable to Mum's Happy Nappies and mailed to

Goods will not be shipped until funds have cleared our account

Payment may not be made by cheque.

Items not in stock
Should we receive an order for which we are out of stock we will contact you immediately to offer you a full refund, supply an alternative product or hold the order until the stock arrives in our warehouse.

We will not charge you for partial shipments.

Lost/damaged goods
If you receive any product that is damaged, contact us on 1300 760140 to arrange a replacement as soon as possible
(depending on product availability).

If your product is lost during delivery, we will do our best to replace your product as soon as possible (depending
upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery
time has expired before replacing your product.

Prices
Prices effective from 11th April 2005 & are subject to change without notice.

While we try to have all products in stock at all times, there will be times when we are unable to, due to supplier shortages.

Where applicable, prices shown are inclusive of GST.
